By accessing and using Joyvtu.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

Joyvtu provides automated data top-up services for Nigerian networks. While we strive for 100% uptime, services may occasionally be delayed due to network provider maintenance or technical issues.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and security answer). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Refund Policy

• All successful transactions are final and non-refundable.
• In the event of a failed transaction where money was debited from your wallet, our automated system will usually refund the wallet balance within 24 hours.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the correct phone number is provided. Data sent to a wrong number provided by the user cannot be retrieved or refunded.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse engineer our API, or use Joyvtu for any fraudulent activities.

6. Modifications

Joyvtu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
